Real Assets Account Manager

About the Job:

Intapp is expanding the sales organization with an Account Manager within Financial Services – Real Assets vertical.

As an Account Manager, you will oversee a book of accounts / revenue and act as an advisor to your clients, providing strategic direction through a structured approach.  You will offer product and industry expertise to ensure clients optimize value across Intapp products while building and strengthening relationships with key client stakeholders.  You will own all aspects of contract management including renewals and expansion opportunities.  Account Managers partner with internal teams to produce positive outcomes and act as points of escalations for their clients.

 What you will do:

Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which will include ensuring retention and satisfaction.Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client and drive continued value of our products and services.Identify, develop, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities to meet targets.Lead Intapp pitch / demo sessions with emphasis on key value propositions and product positioning.Acting as a representative to maintain positive relationships with all employees, customers, partners, and shareholders.Work with clients to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals.Providing timely and positive resolution of escalated sales-related issuesCommunicating with key customers, business partners and executives on significant issues and accomplishments.

What you will need:

1-3 years of account management / client success experience in software industry or the Real Assets verticalProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to independently achieve set goals and deadlinesSelf-motivated and driven to succeed and growNatural leadership skills, and ability to mobilize people towards a goalAbility to pick up new technologies easilyGood understanding of Excel, financial modeling, and financial reportingExperience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferredPrior experience in closing sales deals at the executive level a plusKnowledge of the real assets market preferred
