Responsibilities The Opportunity We are seeking a Monday.com Developer with solid expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and backend development using NestJS. This role involves building custom solutions within the Monday.com platform and extending its capabilities through seamless integrations, scalable APIs, and UI enhancements. The candidate will be instrumental in driving workflow automation, improving UX, and delivering tools that enable operational teams to work smarter and enabling scalable support models to reduce manual interventions and increase platform efficiency. Your Impact As Platform Engineer–React/TypeScript your responsibilities would consist: Product Design and Development Report directly to the Sustain Lead on objective and strategic planning activities & service improvement execution Partner with Operations Lead on analysis, reporting and collaborating with external team assessing risk and release planning Partner with CSM on vendor management planning and ITSM productivity execution objectives Partner with SRE on problem management tracking, resolution and automation ideation & execution E2E Service Management & SLAs Review the service reports in accordance with SLA agreements partnering with the CSM Drive standard ITSM processes and best practices to enhance service quality partnering with external Capability teams' guidance Identify areas of improvement between DP&A Sustain & Operations teams to reduce obstacles and improve visibility on external risks Escalate unresolved incidents, known risks and communicate to leadership areas of opportunity of productivity and efficiency Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain custom Monday.com apps, board views, and widgets using React and the Monday Apps Framework. Build scalable and well-structured APIs using NestJS and TypeScript. Create efficient and secure CRUD operations and RESTful APIs. Platform Maintenance & API Integrations and Incident Management Integrate with third-party services such as Microsoft Graph API, Adobe API, Frame.io API, and Monday.com API. Participate in UI design and UX improvements to enhance usability and adoption. Ensure code quality and stability through unit and integration testing with Jest. Deploy applications using Azure DevOps pipelines, following CI/CD best practices. Model, optimize, and maintain MySQL databases, using Prisma ORM to create and manage complex queries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and transform them into scalable technical solutions Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Experience 3+ years of experience with React.js and TypeScript. Hands-on experience with NestJS and backend architecture. Strong command of REST API design, integration, and security practices. Proficiency in unit testing and integration testing (Jest preferred). Familiarity with Monday.com Apps Framework and its customization capabilities. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly in Azure DevOps. Solid knowledge of MySQL and use of Prisma ORM for data modeling and querying. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. 3 + years’ experience in Information Technology Bachelor’s Degree.
