**Job Summary** We are seeking a skilled Test Lead with 9 to 13 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in React Js and Industry Essentials ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive testing strategies and deliver high-quality products. **Responsibilities** + Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans to ensure software quality and reliability. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliverables. + Design and execute test cases for React Js applications ensuring functionality and performance. + Identify document and track defects working closely with developers to resolve issues. + Implement automated testing frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage. + Monitor and report on testing progress providing insights and recommendations for improvement. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing. + Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks. + Provide mentorship and guidance to junior testers fostering a culture of continuous improvement. + Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on testing objectives and outcomes. + Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to inform decision-making processes. + Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in testing methodologies and technologies. + Contribute to the companys mission by ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs. **Qualifications** + Possess strong expertise in React Js with a proven track record of successful project delivery. + Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Industry Essentials applying domain skills effectively. + Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in testing processes. + Have experience with automated testing tools and frameworks enhancing testing capabilities. + Show proficiency in risk assessment and mitigation strategies ensuring project success. + Display strong communication and collaboration skills working effectively in a hybrid model. + Maintain a commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of software testing. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $118K - $145K depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
