Client in Youngsville looking for Reach truck forklift driver- EXPERIENCED

1st shift

8am – 5pm or 9am to 6pm

Reach truck operator. Will also be pulling orders – pick ticket; pull panels $17/hr. able to lift 50 pounds

 

Operate a reach truck to load, unload, move, and stack glass, aluminum, or other materials.

Safely and efficiently transport materials to designated areas within the warehouse or production floor.

Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical problems.

Maintain accurate inventory by scanning or logging materials into the warehouse management system (WMS).

Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper handling of glass products.

Assist with general warehouse duties such as picking orders, packing, and staging.

Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Keep work area clean and organized to support Lean and 5S initiatives.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid reach truck certification/license (or ability to obtain one).

1+ year of experience operating a reach truck or similar lift equipment in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Basic computer or scanner skills for inventory systems.

Strong attention to detail and safety.
