What You’ll Do:

Analyze & Report: Provide insightful data analysis and reporting on our global real estate portfolio by collaborating with stakeholders across the company.Documentation Management: Support real estate teams globally by reviewing and managing real estate and facilities documentation, ensuring all portfolio changes are accurately reflected in databases.Dashboard & Reporting: Manage real estate dashboards and reports, delivering actionable insights to drive decision-making.Lease Administration: Partner with global real estate teams to ensure timely lease actions and compliance.Data Accuracy & Compliance: Prepare precise global portfolio reports for corporate reporting programs, as well as ad-hoc business requests.Administrative Support: Assist the Workplace Transformation Director with administrative tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 4+ years in financial data analysis; experience in real estate or facilities management is a plus.Excel Expertise: Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.Data Visualization: Knowledge of Power BI.Skills: Strong work ethic, ability to work independently and collaboratively, excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills.Attention to Detail: Meticulous, organized, and proactive with a high level of initiative.Global Collaboration: Comfortable attending calls across US/EMEA time zones.Language: Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
