Description Job Duties/Responsibilities: Describe a typical day and/or week for someone in this role. (ask for job description) • Work current tenant delinquency • Prepare and complete 5 day and 14-day notices • Collect Past tenant delinquency • File Summons and complaints for Evictions/Stipulations • Rents and damage claims • Answer Counter claims • Motions & Orders • Dismissals and trial requests • Garnishments-Start to finish including garnishee defendants and objections-motions • Docketing judgments • Complete and follow payment plans • Complete and follow all legal actions to completions • Complete rent assistance applications and follow plans • Complete all ATCP complaints • Complete all Civil right complaints • Receive and follow through all legal actions filed on MPM • Receive and follow through all forms of Bankruptcy • Receive and follow through on all Estate claims • Complete all Security deposit disputes 1st and 2nd • Prepare and represent MPM in all trials with the court • Represent MPM in all eviction actions • Skiptracing • keep management abreast of all actions against MPM • Collect past owner debt • Follow through on Contempt of court actions • Work closely with Dane and Sauk county clerk of courts, and sheriff's departments • Work closely with Tenant resource center • Extensive legal knowledge regarding our rights due to extensive phone conversations with other attorneys, Law enforcement, state, and federal governmental agencies MUST HAVES: Eviction process action from 5-day to docketing judgment (multiple tasks on list). Work tenant delinquencies. Prepare and complete 5-day and 14-day notices. Collect past tenant delinquency. Complete security deposit disputes.
