We require dedicated scale-up engineering support for trial planning, inspection, and quality control, to partner with internal and toller sites for clear executions.

Key Responsibilities:

Co-work with formulation scientists to develop next generation Pyralux and adhesive offering, related technologies & materials for FCCL (Flex Copper Clad Laminate).

Collaborate with copper foil suppliers to establish copper clad laminates manufacturing process

Identify operational windows of new formulations for lab to scale up process

Develop process knowledge to enable new products

Transfer manufacturing process windows and steps to production

Qualifications:

Master degree is required in Material Science/Polymer Engineering/Chemical Engineering.

3-6 years working experiences.

Experience in product development, DOE experience and industrial-working is a plus

Ability to work and communicate effectively within the organization.

Independent researcher, as well as teamwork is required.

Fluent in English & Mandarin.

Good computer proficiency.
