This role is to develop analytic methodologies to support new product development across E&I business including but not limited to photoresist, laminate, and metallization, and semiconductor products.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop methodologies for quality control and impurity analysis methods for products/raw materials.

Comprehensive data analysis through multiple techniques from LC-MS, GC-MS, IC-MS, ICP-OES/MS, NMR to any new potential analytical techniques.

Extensively collaboration with global analytical network and internal partners for advanced analytical methodology.

Qualifications:

PhD or Master degree in Chemistry/Polymer Science/Biochemistry/Material is required.

3+ year experience in NMR, LCMS, GCMS, or analytical science is required.

Strong background in organic chemistry and structure elucidation

A self-starter with a high degree of personal initiative

Effectively communicates verbally and written communications to team members and management on all aspects of program activity.

Demonstrated ability to make clear, persuasive, concise, and well-organized oral presentations.
