Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s and higher Degree in Food Science. Minimum of 10+ year’s RD&A related experience. Production experience of meat system companies. Good computer skill and familiar with or quick adaption of Kerry’s system Fluent spoken and write in English and Chinese. Good communication with Kerry global Good R&D knowledge, product experience and foresight of market. Strong internal and external communication skill. Especially good communication skill with customers Good management experience of projects. Good skill to lead cross function team to control complex event.
