Full Time, 1.0 FTELocations: La Crosse & OnalaskaSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00a-4:00pStarting rate of $30.23/hr - higher rates available based on experienceWhat You'll Do:
Provide specialized nutrition counseling and support for patients managing obesity and diabetesCollaborate with endocrinology and diabetes care teams to deliver integrated careTitrate and manage GLP-1 medications, including patient education and ongoing medication adjustmentsSupport patients through lifestyle changes and long-term care planningWhat You'll Need:
Bachelors Degree in DieteticsRegistered as a Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (RD)State Certification or Licensure (CD) in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa3-4 years of experience in diabetes education, diabetes care, and/or endocrinologyProven experience in medication management, specifically with GLP-1 medications (used for diabetes and recently approved for obesity treatment)Certificate of Training in Obesity for Pediatrics and Adults required within two years of hireWhy Emplify by Gundersen?
