No Relocation Assistance._** **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Provide consulting, thought leadership and effective challenge of Quality Management Program practices/processes to promote and strengthen compliance with CEG policies, procedures, and risk program requirements. 2. Assess, test and effectively challenge to aide in the evaluation and self-identification of CEG risk control weaknesses. Assist with evaluation and assessment of the CEG remediation efforts to confirm adequate resolution. 3. Lead and/or execute larger and more complex Quality Assurance Review engagements. Types of quality assurance reviews may include audit engagement, audit process, QA or regulatory issue validation, and/or retrospective reviews. Identify substantive and material issues that go beyond paperwork shortcomings. 4. Perform analytics to provide actionable insights that improve business outcomes and minimize risk. 5. Escalate material risks/issues, process enhancement and training opportunities to change execution leaders and process owners. 6. Leads, with minimal supervision, in key projects and/or business-driven events, including planning and execution activities associated with change execution research and process improvement programs. 7. Identify and develop ongoing improvements to maintain processes and guidelines for conducting reviews and ensuring the accuracy of Quality Management Program reports. 8. Determines QM review sample population using sampling tools. Ensures QM Review Queue is loaded based on review cadence. 9. Perform quality management reviews and document findings and recommendations. Ensure responses are provided back to Change Execution teams and/or Change Execution Governance process owners for remediation. 10. Perform Peer Reviews to ensure consistency and quality within Quality Management Program review practices. 11. Perform Change Execution Governance and quality management process and systems testing for new releases and enhancements. 12. Assist in the training process for newly hired Quality Management Program teammates. **Qualifications** Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Bachelor’s degree in business-related field, or equivalent education and related training. 2. Eight to ten years of related experience 3. Ability to analyze information and convert related activities into a comprehensive work plan. 4. Ability to communicate and make recommendations to management 5. Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions 6. Ability to multi-task and drive multiple projects 7. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities 8. Strong knowledge of SOX and other industry-related regulatory requirements 9. Strong knowledge of operational and other non-financial risks 10. Ability to assess levels of adherence/execution and identify risk/control improvement opportunities in risk management principles/controls, broad based business practices, and Change Execution activities/processes 11. Demonstrated ability to deal with confidential information 12. Demonstrated problem-solving, time management and priority setting skills 13. Demonstrated proficiency in Process Map definition 14. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products, especially Microsoft Excel 15. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and interact with all levels of management **Preferred Qualifications:** 1. 5-7 or more years of RCSA or quality assurance program experience 2. Prior regulatory examiner experience 3. Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Project Management Professional (PMP), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or equivalent agile certification 4.
