RCS Specialist

(This position will involve some onsite work in Indianapolis, Indiana)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support statewide operations by loading and maintaining referring provides in IU Health systemsPerform routine audits and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Support onboarding of new providers by ensuring timely data entry and system readiness.Respond to requests for provider updates or corrections in a timely and professional manner.

REQUIREMENTS:

Requires understanding of medical record requirements, regulations and policies.Requires a high level of interpersonal, problem solving, and analytic skills.Requires effective written and verbal communication skills in both individual and group settings.Requires ability to prioritize and process multiple tasks at once.Requires the ability to meet objectives and standards.Requires knowledge of personal computers using various types of word processing and database software.
