**Job Summary:**
Overall responsibility for the Support Specialist function within the RCM team. Perform accounting, clerical and support duties related to the efficient maintenance and processing of RCM needs. **This is an On-Site position working at the Chicago Corporate Help at Home Office. The address is 33 S. State St., Fifth Floor Chicago, IL 60603. This position is Monday- Thursday in office and Friday work from home. The hours are 8am-5pm CST. The main responsibilities are daily deposits and reviewing A/R checks.**

**Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Daily deposits for corporate office
+ Review incoming A/R checks for appropriate bank account.
+ Save appropriate documents in the designated folders daily and update logs accordingly.
+ Scan documentation received onsite and determine appropriate party or area to be notified.
+ Process credit card and ACH payments.
+ Retrieve and save 835 payment files and EOBS from payer websites.
+ Assist with annual audit of receivables

+ Demonstrates maturity and the ability to function as a team member, good communication skills.
**Education and Experience:**
+ Understanding of accounting concepts and procedures
+ 1-2 years accounts receivable and deposits
+ Organization, prioritization, and time management skills
+ Ability to meet deadlines.
+ Written and verbal communication and customer service skills
+ Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team with minimal supervision.
+ Proficient in MS Excel required.
+ Close attention to detail and accuracy
+ Backup person for other A/R Duties
