Description We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated RCM Specialist / Claims Analyst to join our client in Houston, Texas. In this Contract-to-Permanent role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the accuracy and resolution of claims while maintaining compliance with billing guidelines. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled in navigating complex data and resolving discrepancies. Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough reviews of claims and denials to determine validity and resolve issues efficiently. • Perform detailed account clean-ups, ensuring all data entries are accurate and organized. • Gather missing information and preserve critical data needed for claim resolution. • Handle disputes and appeals by presenting well-reasoned arguments to achieve favorable outcomes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline claim resolution and address related concerns. • Stay updated on billing regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance in all processes. • Utilize CRM tools to manage and track claims effectively. • Respond to inbound calls and provide clear, precise communication regarding claim inquiries. • Process authorizations and benefits-related functions with precision. • Administer billing functions and ensure the accuracy of medical and insurance claims data. Requirements • Proven experience in claims analysis or a similar role, preferably within a laboratory or medical billing setting. • Proficiency in data entry with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address discrepancies. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective dispute resolution. • Familiarity with medical codes, billing practices, and insurance claim processes. • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and prioritize tasks effectively. • Working knowledge of CRM systems and other relevant tools. • Demonstrated capability to manage high volumes of claims data while maintaining accuracy.
