The Reconditioning Center Administrator plays a key role in managing vendor relationships, vendor coordination, processing invoices, and ensuring repair quality.
This position supports smooth operations by handling vehicle repair orders, validating vendor work, and ownership of facility invoices.
Essential Job Functions: What will be required in the role?
Coordinate and assign sublet repairs with all vendors:
Arrange transportation for off-site repairsCommunicate quality and timing expectations to vendorsReview completed vendor work for accuracy and qualityProcess and approve sublet invoices, ensuring correct pricingApply vendor invoices to repair orders for close-outManage labor and parts coding for repair ordersOversee tire orders, including processing and payment reconciliationCollaborate daily with national vendors such as Advance Auto Parts, Auto Zone and NTW (National Tire Wholesale) to manage outstanding invoicesCommunicate any issues with sublet vendors to Inspection Center General Manager (ICGM) and/or Inspection Center Recon Managers (ICRM)Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs): What KSAs are required to perform this job?
Strong verbal and written communication, follow-up, and follow-through skillsComfortable operating all vehicles within the Reconditioning CenterStrong attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and vehicle standardsMust be familiar with company standards and assure each vehicle is kept to those cosmetic standardsCommitment to workplace safety and adherence to best practicesAbility to collaborate with management and team leads to assess vehicle repairs and costsWork Experience/Education: Minimum education and/or experience requirements necessary to perform this job
High School Diploma or GED required.Valid driver's license and a good driving record.Must be at least 18 years of agePhysical Demands: The physical demands for this job
