SUMMARY
The RBS Leader will be responsible for leading process improvements in the manufacturing cells associated and production lines. This position will maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs and changeovers. He/she will be responsible for the process flow and documentation of standard work as well as the design & validation of new tools, fixtures and machines. Besides this position will support site wide, and the Shop floor continuous improvement efforts within Value Streams in the whole plant. He/she will be responsible to maintain the RBS KPI´s for Corporate.

The successful candidate will have an undergraduate degree in Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering or related field. Education or training in CNC Machining is required.A strong understanding of problem solving, and other process improvement tools.Four years minimum of engineering experience in a manufacturing production and/or machining environment.
