Job Responsibilities :

The RazerStore Evangelist is the first-line of engagement customers meet when they enter the store. This individual takes pride to present Razer, gets great satisfaction when helping customers with Razer products, and develops a long relationship with Razer brand.Consistently create a welcoming environment for the customer by greeting and assisting; proactively answering questions based off customer cues, as well as quickly responding to their inquiriesKnowledgeable in all merchandise categories and able to make appropriate suggestions to the customersEnsure that all customers receive high quality of service and quality merchandiseDemonstrate consistent behaviors of the ideal R.A.Z.E.R. experience to all customersRegularly communicate with Store Manager Team to keep informed on product knowledge, USPs, and consumer benefits across all product linesMaintain open and flexible availability to accommodate store needsEnsure company standards are always met Assist in the maintenance of the store to ensure cleanliness and organization at all timesStock and organizes merchandise as necessaryAssist in the execution of the product display and remerchandising as directed by store management teamAssist in receiving regular deliveries and replenishing sales floor in a timely mannerEnforce all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and securityPerform other duties as assigned
