Systems Security Engineering creates holistic security solutions leveraging Cybersecurity, Software Assurance, and Supply Chain Risk Management to support Program Protection on embedded weapons systems. This is an onsite role in Marlborough, MA **What You Will Do** + Supporting the development of cybersecurity / anti-tamper requirements, design and architecture artifacts, plans, and policies + Defining security development and test efforts implementation of security controls of networking devices, databases, operating systems, and hardware and software component + Understanding and integrating cybersecurity development activities + Performing analysis on cybersecurity collected data and test results + Conducting technical and nontechnical trade studies + Validate secure configuration of routers, switches, firewalls, servers, operating systems, applications, and other assets, using + DoD approved scanning and assessment tools such as ACAS, STIG, SCAP Compliance Checker, and HBSS + Apply written and oral communication skills + Participate in the design and development of systems **Qualifications You Must Have** + Must be pursuing a BS (or higher) degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physics, Math, Engineering Science, Robotics, or related scientific or STEM discipline + Matlab and/or C++ experience + This position is for a Co-op who is enrolled in a Bachelor’s (or higher) degree program and will be at minimum, entering their Junior, Senior, or Post Graduate standing level by the start of Fall 2025. + Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
