Our intern program is intended to enhance your overall learning experience, give you an opportunity to make an impact, have some fun, and meet great people along the way.  

Join us for a 1-year paid internship designed to let you apply your classroom learnings to real world challenges.  Our internships have a thoughtful balance of networking, executive speakers, community involvement, big meaty projects (no paper filing here!) and fun!

Responsibilities:  

Coordinate, document, and monitor continuous improvement projects within the supply chainCollect and document departmental performance metricsUpdate warehouse operating procedures and process flow diagramsLead and participate in self-directed team projects (PDCA/DMAIC)Coordinate and organize the implementation of training programs for warehouse processesSupport compliance-related processes for certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OEA-CTPAT

Education and Experience Required (Objective Minimum Qualifications)

Currently enrolled in a four-year college and graduating with a bachelor degree between June 2026.Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills (Preferred Qualifications): 

Good business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Office suite, AutoCAD).Good communication skills.Good teamwork skills.Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Advanced English level
