**In this position…**
PGM Analyst is responsible for developing, reviewing, and managing the financial plans for the NA Supply Chain Finance Organization. This includes preparing budget reports, reporting actuals/forecast, conducting cost-benefit analysis, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. The role involves close collaboration with various departments such as Treasury, MP&L, Internal Control, Purchasing.

**What you'll do…**
This role leads the North American Platinum Group Metals (PGM) accounting close and serves as a finance business partner for PGM activities.
+ Lead North American PGM month-end close (expenses, revenues, accruals).
+ Prepare, analyze, and report monthly PGM financial results, explaining variances.
+ Develop PGM forecasts, annual budgets, and business plans, incorporating market trends.
+ Support inventory forecasting for planning cycles.
+ Ensure internal control compliance (MCRP) and assist external audits.
+ Review and update financial policies.
+ Partner with operational and functional teams (e.g., Operations, Supply Chain, Treasury) to provide financial support and PGM market insights.

+ Bachelor’s Degree – Finance or Accounting preferred or relevant experience
+ Organized self-starter capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
+ Strong analytical and communication skills (verbal and written)
+ Overall business acumen and strategic thinking skills
+ Ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional, internal, and external team environments
+ High degree of proficiency with Excel, SAP/I-ERP, GMCF
