Raw Material Quality Supplier Management Technical Advisor

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Core Responsibilities:

< Raw Material Quality & Supplier Management, RQSM, Technical Advisor>

Works with RQSM engineer for follow tasks

1. Out Of Control, OOC,/ Out Of Alarm, OOA (History High /History Low), Trial MOC and new process - handling issued RM batch(es), shipment(s), leading pad batch, data collection and summary, and Everts case management

2. Abnormal incoming RM - Create EV, block material, reach out to appropriate material owner (RQSM - Raw Material, internal owner for intermediate)

3. Controlled Document Update - Handle document MOC for Test Plan/SPEC controlled documents when RQSM engineer makes revisions in DE

4. Supplier Management Documentation support - Partner with DE RQSM technician of documenting “current state” RM situation in HS. Examples: material shelf life, retain status, storage conditions.

< Incoming Quality Check>

Work with Quality Control specialist, Incoming Quality Check TA for follow tasks

5. Raw Material / OVM/OVP/ Tool bit CoA - upload to Engineering Database

6. incoming Quality Check

First in First Out checkRaw Material; Comp A, B, C, PSA, RHM, Window BlockIntermedia: DE Top pad/ Sub pad/ JR 111, NDI Grooved pad/ Sub pad/ OCM/OVP,Package MaterialIndividual BagTool Bit(for Lathe)

7. Raw Material Scrap - Coordination with EH&S, WH and Finance for raw material scrap during bonded plant

8. Raw Material Retain - Comp A, Comp B (except B002), Comp C, and Comp D 

9. Follow Management of Change, MOC, and CRB per Site policy.

10. Green Belt Project Leader, GBPL, Certificate is required for daily work.

Physical Requirements:  This position requires the ability to work in seated or standing positions for prolonged periods of time, perform office and clerical duties including use of office tools, and to travel between office and plant environments of varied temperatures and humidity. Overseas business trip may need.

Working Environment:  The working environment is general office, manufacturing plant, and external warehouse.  Daily contact with employees in other departments or others sites is required.

Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 year of Quality experience is required.

3. Problem solving skill

4. Ability to manage activities with competing priorities by using value assessment processes.

5. Generates enthusiasm and the ability to lead and maintain a quality program, without people reporting authority.

6. Typically, this role spends a significant portion of its time dealing with cross-functional and cross-site activities.

7. Knowledge of listen, spoken and written for Traditional Chinese and English are required.

8. Strong computer skills are a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

 1. Certificated ISO 9001: 2015 Internal Auditor

 2. Certificated Six Sigma Certificate and lead improve projects.

 3. Certificated Quality Engineer by Chinese Society for Quality.

 4. TOEIC test record

 5. Letter of recommendation

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or above
