Job Title: Raw Material Planner

City, Country: Niepruszewo, Poland

Mode: Hybrid (3 days per week in the office)

As Raw Material Planner you will be expected to cooperate closely with Buk site departments (QA/QC, production, RMQ, purchasing, warehousing, SHE) as well as with the Strategic Regional Buyers to ensure raw material availability in Buk plant in line with corporate and local requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities
 

Ensure procurement of materials from internal and external organizations to use for own consumption or resell.Ensure accurate and proactive communication flow across SC team for all matters related to raw material planning and as need to CS.Analyze and identify shortages medium and long term and take appropriate actions for leveling out inventories in both raw materials and finish goods in close collaboration with commercial management.Maintain and realign MRP settings in SAP subject to demand, evaluate MRP types and recalculate safety stocks for raw materials and finish goods.Participates (or takes the lead as necessary) in the troubleshooting.Communicate across the organization any product changes, launch of new products, product deletions of bridging stocks, change of packaging and change of product origin, schedule incoming raw materials and packaging for warehouse.Manage forecasts received from Customer Service or Market Manager in line with MRP settings and inventory level, both for raw materials and finished goods.Active control of close to expired and obsolete stock and keeping in target relevant inventory of raw materials.

You bring
 

2 years of experience in a similar position.A Bachelor’s degree.Good knowledge of supply chain and operations.Fluency in Polish and English.High learning agility and open-minded personality.Very good communication and organizational skills.Ability to work under stress and time pressure.
