/*generated inline style */ Job DescriptionThe primary function of this role is to strategically manage and coordinate the flow of Titanium scrap between raw material suppliers and TIMET. It will include both conforming and non-conforming scrap as required.
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop account relationships to understand requirements and implement solutionsWork closely with purchasing and commercial staff globally to maximize titanium revert utilization solutions and opportunitiesWork with scrap dealer network as necessary to support revert requirementsAssist and implement a revert strategy between TIMET, PCC, and various external accountsBecome key member of TIMET raw materials team to influence the strategic direction of the business with accumulated knowledge of the Titanium industry, including the PCC supply chainManage supplier interactions and understand financial impacts of decision-making processesAssist with duty drawback
Education and Experience
3 years minimum experience working in metals or aerospace industry. Experience with titanium scrap preferred.A minimum of 2 years purchasing and / or supply chain logistics experienceHigh School degree required.
