Job Description

As a RAU Learning Management Center (LMC) Administrator, you will serve as an internal expert on the major functions of the LMC as typically used by RAU at the global level (creating events, uploading, testing, and optimizing online learning, managing permissions, and more). You will do this by executing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of these functions at a global level. The Learning Management Center (LMC) is a major tool used by RAU to manage many aspects of learning. The LMC is used to register global internal and external students, deploy online learning, test students, track learning records, and more. The LMC Administrator plays a key role in configuring and maintaining this system. The administrator also plays a key role supporting our users and providing an optimal user experience. This position requires system expertise and solid understanding of our training portfolio, standards, and stakeholder programs.

Rockwell Automation University (RAU) is a team that serves all of Rockwell Automation by building the competency level of hands-on technical resources.

In this role, based in Katowice, Poland you will report to the Manager, RAU Global Development and Delivery.

Your Responsibilities:Ensure that learning objects like events follow RAU's portfolio/quality standards for titles, descriptions.Respond to user requests and in-box queries.Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions, ensuring the right people have access to the right resources.Run reporting on system usage, course completions, and learner progress.Perform advanced reporting tasks in Excel such as creating pivot tables and lookup tables.Troubleshoot system and online content issues, working with the Project Management team.Provide guidance to internal customers on program or content needs as they relate to the LMC.Support and back-up other global or regional LMC administrators.Help our LMC training lead document processes to guide and train regional admins.Provide input to the LMC governance committee on standards and consistency.Support ongoing content audits and cleanup.

The Essentials - You Will Have:Associates degree or equivalent combination of skills and educationThree years or more of demonstrated experience with any LMCExperience configuring advanced reporting features of Microsoft Excel including (pivot tables, macros, cross tab reports, and more)Ability to analyze reports and data and make recommendationsExperience responding to user requests and in-box queries, questions, and concerns in a timely and professional mannerFluent in English, both verbal and writtenA desire and ability to learn new CSOD features / processes outside current areas of expertiseExperience with online learning tools and formats, including SCORM, MP4, etc.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD)Familiarity with web technologies such as CSS, JavaScript, and XML1Experience with HTML for custom pagesExperience with Power BI and dashboardsExperience with API integrationsYellow Belt or Green Belt certificationKnowledge of the Rockwell Automation organization and products
