The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application support and will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role does not require travel. The Architect will play a crucial role in designing and implementing MDM solutions to enhance our data management capabilities. **Responsibilities** + Lead the design and implementation of Reltio MDM solutions to meet business requirements. + Oversee the integration of MDM solutions with existing systems and applications. + Provide technical expertise and guidance on Reltio MDM best practices. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data management processes. + Develop and maintain documentation for MDM solutions and processes. + Conduct regular assessments and optimizations of MDM solutions to ensure performance and scalability. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MDM solutions in a timely manner. + Ensure data quality and integrity within the MDM system. + Provide training and support to end-users on MDM solutions. + Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in MDM technologies. + Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. + Contribute to the continuous improvement of MDM processes and methodologies. + Support application teams in resolving data-related issues and challenges. **Qualifications** + Must have extensive experience in Reltio MDM. + Should have a strong background in application support. + Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Should have the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. + Must have strong communication and documentation skills. + Should be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. + Nice to have experience in data governance and data quality management.
