Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Rates Specialist to join a prestigious international law firm client. This individual will be a vital member to the firms billing team, responsible for implementing and maintaining the firms rates in 3E. This position requires a strong understanding of financial systems, data analysis, and client service. The day-to-day responsibilities may include:  Exhibit expertise of 3E rate structure hierarchies and how to apply them to individual client agreements.  Update and maintain timekeeper rates in 3E and champion the implementation and management of dimensional rate structures.  Identify and apply exception rate groups to client agreements.  Asist in developing rate reports; collaborate and coordinate with internal teams to assure seamless integration.  Create and manage tracker of rate agreements to ensure 3E compliance.  Support ad-hoc projects. This is a full-time position that is local to NYC, offering WFH flexibility. Compensation $115,000 to $130,000 per year annual salary. This role is eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, level of experience, geographic location, education, and consideration of internal equity.
