**Rare Blood** **Disorders** **PSL** **(Product Strategic Liaison)** 希少血液疾患（RBD）フランチャイズでは、希少かつ難治性の血液疾患を抱える患者さんの生活や生命予後の向上に寄与する革新的な治療手段を届けるため、日々活動しています。 血友病領域では会社の最注力製品の一つであり第Ⅷ因子製剤の新しい標準薬に育つことが期待される新薬オルツビーオを含む3つのFactor製剤のビジネスを血友病Ａ/血友病Ｂで展開しています。さらに後期開発品として核酸医薬品のfitusiranの日本での上市も今後予定しており、今後長期的にサノフィが貢献を果たす領域です。 免疫性血液疾患領域では急性かつ致死的なリスクを伴う後天性TTP（血栓性血小板減少性紫斑病）に対する革新的な治療薬カブリビの普及浸透を通じて、日本で後天性TTPによって亡くなる方をゼロにするという大きな目標を掲げています。また、BIG 12の一つであるrilzabrutinibの上市を2026年に控え、ITP（免疫性血小板減少症）の適応取得を皮切りに血液領域での適応拡大を予定していることから、この分野でのプレゼンスを一層高めることが求められています。これらの私達の使命・ミッションを達成する上で、領域のKOLとのエンゲージメントや協働のハブとして戦略的に重要な役割を担っているのがRBD PSLグループです。今回、当グループのPSLを公募いたします。 本ポジション（RBD PSL ）の主な職責は下記の通りです。 KOLマネジメント KOL Listを作成し、最適かつ特色を活かしたスピーカーマネジメントを行う 市場のニーズを把握し、製品のフェーズ毎に必要かつ適切な企画の立案/実行を行う 共催等の必要な主要学会を選定し、共催テーマ/座長/演者の選定/講演内容 の調整を行う MKTサポート 戦略立案会議への参加（KOLのインサイトや市場の状況） 戦略浸透のための戦術立案と役務者に対するサポート SAM（strategy advisory meeting）を実施し、KOLより戦略立案に対する科学的観点からのアドバイスをもらう Salesサポート 地区講演会に関して、企画立案時より関与し演者サポートを行う 営業所会議に参加しAMをサポートする 資材活用方法や活用ポイントの解説を行う KOL同行活動（必要に応じ依頼同行も行う） Selling Point ・サノフィ期待の血友病A新薬：オルツビーオの拡大に携わることができる ・KOLマネジメントを通じて、マーケティングや営業など幅広い領域に関わり、さまざまな経験を積むことができる ・中途入社でも分け隔てなく活躍できる、風通しの良い社風がある 必須経験 ・CSA（MR）やMSLとして大学病院や基幹病院を担当し、KOLマネジメントを経験したことのある方 ・自身が主幹としてKOLを巻き込んだ新たな組織化や講演会を実施したことのある方 ・希少血液疾患、または希少疾患の知識を持つ方 求められるスキル ・常に顧客視点（患者さん・医療者）のマインドをもち、必要とされる最善のアプローチを検討・実行できる ・リーダーシップと組織マネジメント力 ・ビジネススキル（論理的思考/分析力/交渉力/発想力/コミュニケーション/プレゼンテーション 等） ・コンピュータ関連スキル：Word/Excel/PowerPoint **※勤務地：全国不問の方歓迎。東海もしくは関西エリアの主要都市担当を想定していますが、選考の中で確定します** **Pursue** **_progress_** **, discover** **_extraordinary_** Better is out there.
