Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Rapid UX Researcher to join a customer facing insights and design team. This role can be fully remote within the EST. Through quick one week sprints candidates will drive transformation within design by contributing insights and research outcomes. On a day to day basis you will partner with experience design teams across multiple digital products, as well as a Research Manager and another Rapid researcher. Candidates will be taking in a brief, building out a test plan, execute on the research within the one week sprint and then deliver insights in the form of a report to review with stakeholders. Being able to work within an Agile and Design Sprint environment is important for the quick turnaround. Candidates will do moderated and unmoderated user interviews, some survey and journey work, as well as defining and planning the research approach and methodologies in context of project scope and timeline.
