Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, administration or industrial engineering Self-driven attitude Analytical mind set to interpret statistical data Task-oriented person Ability to lead cross-functional teams Project Management skills Teamwork & interpersonal skills to build strong relationships between teams Attention to details Knowledge of communication and market research techniques as well as basic financial concepts Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office and Alteryx Planning and analytical skills Advanced oral and written English Experience in Marketing, Finance or Engineering Knowledge of Product, Automotive Industry (segments, competitors), PDL, Ordering Guide or Scheduling Analyzing market conditions and changes Develop and lead a competitive product cycle plan: communicate changes to main stakeholders and coordinate development of related actions Address potential cycle plan weaknesses, market/ competitive issues, and white space opportunities Product definition by trims and validate sign off at manufacturing plant Define and follow up pre-production vehicles requirements Lead cross functional teams to successfully launch new products in Mexico along with a marketing launch plan (government affairs, training, after sales, communications)
