Overview Range Technical Training Lead – US Air & Space Force Program Location: Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA Join our team supporting the full spectrum of launch mission assurance activities! We're looking for a highly skilled Range Technical Training Lead to drive innovation, systems integration, and operations training for the US Air & Space Force. Key Responsibilities: Serves as systems engineering and project management team member for Range innovation and improvement initiatives Collaborate with experts to develop high-quality training materials for launch & range operations. Support the creation and delivery of training programs, including schedules, presentations, and certification materials for 2 ROPS. Manage training documentation, track qualification and certification updates, and ensure compliance. Serve as the Instructional Systems Development focal point, improving instructor-led and web-based courses. Participate in anomaly scenario development for Space Force Day of Launch rehearsals. Provide metrics on training quality, error analysis, and process improvements. Qualifications: Skills: Instructional design (slides, student guides, assessments), systems engineering (Jira/Confluence, Visual Basic), and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
