Product Engineering Group RAN Performance, PEU-RP, is a unit at Ericsson which is at the forefront of 5G development, including application of innovative technologies such as Cloud and Artificial Intelligence.


As a Test Manager in PEU-RP you will as a technical leader drive and define test analysis of new 5G RAN features, for both Purpose built and Cloud RAN deployments, to secure the most efficient and effective test coverage, which ensures product quality and an optimized product flow. Additionally, you will continuously optimize legacy test coverage using several methods for an appropriate risk level. In this context, you will work closely with a wide network including other technical leaders, program organization, product owners, Systems/Design/Test/Customer Support teams etc., and play an active role in inspiring and educating the test community on test strategies and test practices, to secure all the assigned test activities across product test flow are within approved cost, time, and quality frame.

The salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. Ericsson’s Group Retirement & Savings Program offers an automatic 2% company contribution into the Pension Plan. Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 18 days of accrued vacation, 3-5 personal days (depending on role), 10 holidays, 1 volunteer day, and unlimited sick days. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee’s start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 10 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
