RAM Coordinator

 EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
• Engineering (Mechatronics or Electromechanical)
• Bilingual (80% English) verbal and written
• 3 years in a similar position (Senior Controls Engineer, Automation, etc.)
 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND CERTIFICATIONS
• Experience with FANUC robots
• PLC programming (RSLogix 500, 5000, Studio 5000, S7, and TIA Portal)
• Ignition v8 (vision & perspective)
• Application development (HMI)
• Reading electrical and pneumatic diagrams
• Programming languages (Jython, Script, MSSQL)
• Personnel management
• Project and budget management
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
 

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Planning and coordinating annual projects and budgets
• Coordinating and developing technical and administrative staff
• Maintaining production systems and keeping them updated according to model year changes and/or changes and/or needs of Engineering and Production
• Implementing and maintaining robots according to product parameters
• Integrating and implementing testing machines
• Implementing technological Pokayokes
• Continuous improvement
• Participating in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for their role in relation to ISO 9001:2015.
• Complying with safety rules determined according to their role. • Complete planned Quality and Training-related training on time.
• Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions.
