Job Description

U.S. Bank is hiring a Night Shift Analyst for our Dublin Data Centre (City West). The role involves planning and executing hardware changes on the raised floor, working Monday to Thursday nights. Occasional flexibility for day shifts or rota changes may be required.

Key tasks include:

Implementing hardware changes per SOPs

Updating IT hardware records

Sending daily night-work reports

Rare out-of-hours work may be needed

Key accountabilities:

Coordinate IT hardware provisioning for raised floor environments

Plan and oversee implementation of hardware changes

Provide installation direction to implementation teams

Conduct post-installation reviews to ensure standards are met

Update IT hardware records to reflect environment changes

Provide after-hours on-call support, including on-site and pager support
 

Skills & experience required:

Associate's degree or equivalent work experience, OR

Technical or vocational certification

At least 2 years’ experience within a total information technology (IT) environment.

At least 2 years’ experience with installing, relocating, and maintaining computing hardware, such as monitors, small CPU's, and printers.

Basic understanding in: Computer operations and Computer facilities management

Working experience in: Hardware infrastructure, IT environment, IT systems management and Data center administration
 

Additional information:

Shift hours Monday to Friday from 23:00 to 07:00
