RSI Logistics, recently acquired by Trinity Industries Inc., is looking for a Railcar Storage Coordinator.  This position will be responsible for ensuring rail shipments have active waybills and depart SIT yards timely as determined by the client and SIT yard management.

*This role includes weekend and holiday coverage based on the business need.*

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor outbound shipments to ensure active waybills and resolve billing issues Ensure timely railcar departure by escalating delays with local SIT yard and railroad contacts Conduct recurring reconciliation of yard inventory with internal system records Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and inventory records in internal systems Identify and escalate master data issues within the organization as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in rail operations or logistics coordination Bachelor's degree in logistics supply chain management preferred System savvy (prior ERP experience or Rail TMS experience highly preferred) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
