Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a part-time Supervisor to join our Rafters Club team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of service is provided to our guests.

What will you do?Assist in maintaining planned bar and restaurant cost of sales Hire, train, and manage an effective group of team members, providing feedback on their job responsibilities with alignment to Delaware North programs and service standards Partner with the kitchen team to ensure guests are served the highest quality mealsAssist with the management of staffing levels in accordance with budgets and business volume
