Drive the growth of our Radiology business by promoting our contrast media product range in line with our commercial guidelines.Cultivate and enhance relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to strengthen our market presence.Collaborate with our local device distributors in promoting Bayer fluid delivery productsProvide in-service education to ensure best practices in the administration of Bayer’s product range in clinical settings.Develop, implement, and regularly review a comprehensive business plan to achieve overall business goals.Utilize advanced selling and negotiating skills to maintain existing business and capitalize on new opportunities.Execute all calling and administrative requirements for National Private Health Care and PHARMAC/DHB Hospital Tender contracts.Maintain high levels of clinical and technical expertise to promote effective product application through face-to-face and remote customer interactions, presentations, and participation in seminars
Does this sound like you?
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the radiology or pharmaceutical industry, or relevant tertiary qualifications with compensating work experience.Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills.Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to absorb and impart technical information effectively.A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Well-developed interpersonal skills and proven experience in managing positive KOL relationships.Ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
