RESPONSIBILITIES **I. JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES:** • Performs a variety of radiologic procedures. • Provides patient care during procedures. **II. TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:** • Standing, walking, finger dexterity, seeing, hearing, speaking. • Continuous: stooping/bending; reaching above and below shoulder level, frequent gripping of an object, pushing/pulling usual weight up to 50 pounds of force. • Frequent: twisting body, lifting usual weight with assistance up to 50 pounds; carrying up to 40 pounds; reaching at shoulders, repetitive arm/hand motions, static gripping of an object for prolonged periods of time. • Occasional: sitting, kneeling, crawling, climbing stairs, walking on uneven ground, squatting. **II. TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:** • Exposed to both inside and outside environmental conditions; cold temperatures due to the air conditioning. • Subjected to noise/vibration from film processors. • Exposure to communicable diseases, body fluids, mechanical/electrical units, chemicals and radiation. • Work Environment is fast paced and high stressed due to patient census. **IV. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:** **A. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:** • Hawaii State license as a Radiologic Technologist. • Current BLS certification. **B.
