What you’ll do

Analyse mobile radio performance and propose actions and areas to focus improvement. Co-ordinate the introduction of new functionalities and products in mobile radio. Drive the mid/long term evolution plan and respective budget for mobile access radio

More specifically you will:
•    Analyse RAN performance data and Customer experience data (network, crowd sourcing and drive measurements) to extract actionable insights, identify network bottlenecks and propose actions to improve ensure exceptional user experience
•    Drive optimization proposals to improve coverage and performance of mobile radio access network including spectrum re-farming, capacity utilization and interference optimization
•    Co-ordinate the implementation of new mobile radio technologies and features, in co-operation with Engineering teams
•    Analyse available radio products, identify and propose the optimum HW evolution for mobile aiming to deliver efficiencies and optimize performance
•    Drive and define the mid/long term evolution plan and respective budget for mobile radio access network in co-operation with Engineering and Operations teams

Who you are

•    MSc Degree in Telecoms related field or equivalent experience 
•    3+ years’ experience in similar position within a service provider/operator or vendor
•    Strong experience in Mobile Radio Access technologies (LTE/5G-NR), Radio systems optimization, performance and quality KPIs
•    Experience with network architecture (3GPP Air Interface, standards, technology and evolution) and RF Engineering Principles
•    Experience with BI systems (TABLEAU, QLIK view, PowerBI, etc.) and big data analysis 
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; co-operating in complex organizations with large matrix organisations
•    Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Greek & English
