Reports to: Manager FLSA: Non-exempt ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: *Delivers accurately the prescribed planned course of radiation therapy with minimal supervision. Creates and executes patient treatment schedules.* *Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition.* *Fabricates immobilization devices, and blocks, custom blocks, bolus, etc.* *Observes radiation safety measures for patient and personnel.* *Maintains storage areas with required supply levels and equipment.* *Disassembles, cleans, and sterilizes equipment, and performs preventative maintenance and calibration of machines.* *Maintains records of daily treatment and other records as required.* *Simulates patients according to Radiation Oncologist’s instruction.* ** JOB REQUIREMENTS: *Minimum Education* *Associate’s degree* **Years of relevant experience may be substituted for required education.* *Required Skills* *Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
