Principal Accountabilities

Transports equipment neededPrepares operation by performing rework checksAccurately records rack and weight information on rack tickets and assure a ticket on each rack in numerical orderEnsures product quality, consistency, and compliance with customer specificationsComplete all required documentation accurately and proficiently along with other required written communication applicable to the jobEnsuring all processing steps have been completed and a quality product is delivered to the customerAll food handling tasks are completed properly i.e., proper packaging, weights are in the acceptable rangeAssist on the production floor where neededComply with all Corporate Environmental Health and Safety Policies and ProceduresIndividual will learn and comply with all HACCP and Food Safety Policies and ProceduresIndividual will ensure compliance for all monitoring and verification tasks as outlined in the Food Safety ManagementAbility to lift 20+ pounds all day long


Required Qualifications

Must be Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorshipMust be 18 years or olderAbility to work in the US based solely upon a humanitarian Parole status related to Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua or Venezuela which is subject to the Federal Register Notice of revocation by DHS on March 25, 2025Ability to perform basic math such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and divisionAvailability to work weekends and overtime as requiredWillingness to complete procedural training for this position in the Stuffing DepartmentMust be able to read, write and speak EnglishStrong Computer knowledge and skillsWritten and verbal communication skillsMust be attentive to details to follow set schedules and directions

Preferred Qualifications

Previous food manufacturing experience Production experienceMechanical Aptitude Computer Knowledge and SkillsWork History in the last 12 months
