This Position reports to:

Key Responsibilities

Ensure accurate implementation of accounting policies and procedures in line with ABB and local regulationsPerform monthly trial balance reviews, VAT return submissions, and support tax declarations and documentationConduct quality checks on financial reports, analyze variances, and coordinate with auditors for accounting issuesInvestigate and reconcile transactions, assist in audit processes, and support daily accounting operations

Qualifications

5–9 years of experience in Accounting (R2R), GL, SAP; preferably in shared services or manufacturing, with strong Turkish GAAP and tax knowledgeExpertise in Fixed Asset accounting and advanced analytical skills in SAP and Excel for complex transactionsProficient in SAP, CFIN, and MS Office; adaptable to change and fast-paced environmentsCPA internship or license preferred; Bachelor’s/MBA in Accounting, Finance, or Tax; fluent in Turkish and English with strong communication skills
