As a R & O Maintenance Manager here at Honeywell, you will have the crucial role of overseeing and coordinating maintenance and operational activities within our organization's physical facilities. Your role is essential in ensuring the functionality, safety, and proper upkeep of these facilities, which contributes to the overall efficiency and well-being of the organization. You will report directly to our Site Director, and you'll work out of our Shreveport, LA location on an on-site work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the day-to-day management of facility maintenance and operations. You will be accountable for ensuring that our facilities are operating safely, effectively and efficiently, providing a safe and comfortable environment for our employees and customers. Your expertise in maintenance and people management will not only enhance the safety, productivity and efficiency of our operations but also contribute to the overall success of the business. It is imperative that you not only practice safety but embody it here at the Shreveport location.
