The R&M Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising all repair and maintenance activities and personnel within the workshop facility The R&M supervisor plays a key role in ensuring equipment preparation is completed in a timely manner, safely and in full compliance with Weatherford OEPS, quality, OEM and industry standards + Coordinate daily workshop toolbox and safety briefings. Allocate daily and weekly tasks for the entire R&M team. + Responsible to ensure all OEPS quality requirements, technical work instructions are current, available and followed by the R&M team. + Compile post rental repair/inspection costs on SRC. Discuss and finalize with Operation manager prior to notifying customers. + Responsible for allocation of personnel and delegation of tasks to ensure project equipment maintenance testing and inspection is completed in line with project deadlines. + Plan routine equipment preventative maintenance for all assets in line with Weatherford performance guidelines. + On Demobilization of equipment packages back to base, identify any equipment variance with tools out and tools returned and highlight any Non return items to R&M manager for further action. + Ensure demobilized equipment is received, overhauled and made available for service promptly. + Coordinate with inventory planner to monitor usage of critical spares parts and ensure stock levels are maintained at all times to meet operational requirements. + Responsible for ensuring the workshop is maintained to the highest standard in full compliance with 5S + To ensure all equipment maintenance is carried out through Maintenance Work order. + Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a workshop environment. + Solid leadership experience with the ability to guide and manage teams effectively. + Hands-on experience in mechanical workshop operations. + Familiarity with continuous improvement practices such as LEAN, Kaizen, and 5S. + English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC score of 600 or above is preferred.
