The R&M Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising all repair and maintenance activities and personnel within the workshop facility The R&M supervisor plays a key role in ensuring equipment preparation is completed in a timely manner, safely and in full compliance with Weatherford OEPS, quality, OEM and industry standards

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a workshop environment. Solid leadership experience with the ability to guide and manage teams effectively. Hands-on experience in mechanical workshop operations. Familiarity with continuous improvement practices such as LEAN, Kaizen, and 5S. English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC score of 600 or above is preferred. Coordinate daily workshop toolbox and safety briefings. Allocate daily and weekly tasks for the entire R&M team. Responsible to ensure all OEPS quality requirements, technical work instructions are current, available and followed by the R&M team. Compile post rental repair/inspection costs on SRC. Discuss and finalize with Operation manager prior to notifying customers. Responsible for allocation of personnel and delegation of tasks to ensure project equipment maintenance testing and inspection is completed in line with project deadlines. Plan routine equipment preventative maintenance for all assets in line with Weatherford performance guidelines. On Demobilization of equipment packages back to base, identify any  equipment variance with tools out and tools returned and highlight any Non return items to R&M manager for further action. Ensure demobilized equipment is received, overhauled and made available for service promptly. Coordinate with inventory planner to monitor usage of critical spares parts and ensure stock levels are maintained at all times to meet operational requirements. Responsible for ensuring the workshop is maintained to the highest standard in full compliance with 5S To ensure all equipment maintenance is carried out through Maintenance Work order.
