Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to conduct testing and verification activities for assignments of systems, subsystems, or products effectively and cost-efficiently. Each day, you will provide technical support during the installation of test objects in the test area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing project test documentation.


This role is contributing to the ELSB-WA in {Suzhou}.
You will be mainly accountable for:产品测试
• 负责电子开关、USB 充电器、智能门锁等产品的结构及电子测试工作，包括功能测试、性
能测试、可靠性测试等。
• 测试设计与执行
• 根据产品策划和项目要求进行测试设计，制定测试方案。
• 独立执行测试计划，及时反馈异常及潜在风险，主动追踪并验证问题直至解决。汇报与沟通
• 按时反馈测试结果并定期汇报测试进度，确保产品按期上市。
• 协助研发或售后进行问题复现与分析，帮助解决设计缺陷。流程优化
• 参与测试标准和流程的优化，提升测试效率和准确性。Product Testing
• Conduct structural and electronic testing for products (e.g., electronic switches, USB
chargers, smart locks), including functional, performance, and reliability testing.
• Test Planning & Execution
• Develop test plans based on product requirements and project specifications.
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)教育背景
• 本科及以上学历，电子工程、自动化、测控技术与仪器等相关专业。经验与技能
• 3 年以上电子产品或硬件测试经验，熟悉测试流程和方法。
• 熟练使用安规测试和模拟测试中涉及到的各类测试仪器设备。
• 熟悉电子电路及常用元器件特性，具备电路分析和故障排查能力。优先条件： 熟悉 GB/T 16915.2、GB 4943.1、GB/T 21556、GA 374 等测试标准者优先。软技能
• 良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，工作主动性强，细致认真。
• 抗压能力强，能按时完成任务。
• 良好的英语读写能力（用于报告及文档撰写）。
