Integer is looking for a talented, enthusiastic Technician to join a dynamic R&D team developing innovative catheters & guidewires across multiple therapy areas including neurovascular, structural heart & peripheral applications. This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes initiative, and brings creative problem-solving to technical challenges. The ideal candidate will support R&D through hands-on technical work, equipment maintenance, and continuous improvement efforts.
Essential job duties and responsibilities:

Accountabilities Include:
Setup and Operate R&D EquipmentSetup and operation of R&D equipment (e.g. braiding machine, laminator, laser welder etc.)Support Process DevelopmentDesign of new prototype processesDefine and document process procedure stepsModification of existing processesBuild/Modification of processes including but not limited to…Process Characterization (DOE etc.)Debugging & troubleshooting of existing equipment/processesValidation (IQ, OQ, PQ, PPQ)Participate in Product Design ActivitiesInitial design evaluationsProvide support for product concept buildsHelp test and evaluate different design conceptsDocument builds and testing in Laboratory notebooks with full traceabilityMinimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Minimum of Level 6 Trade Certification or equivalent 3rd level qualification2+ years of experience in a technician or similar hands-on roleStrong mechanical/electrical aptitude and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and take ownership of tasksExcellent communication and documentation abilitiesSkills And Knowledge
