Job Description

Support the R&D Department with data collection and data review. This role involves pulling large amounts of historical data, creating breakdowns for team review, and collecting real-time data in the plant using temperature probes.

ResponsibilitiesPull large amounts of historical data and create breakdowns for team review.Collect real-time temperature data throughout the plant using a probe.Support data collection and review processes in the R&D Department.Utilize Excel as the primary program for data management.Essential SkillsKnowledge in food science, chemistry, microbiology, or related fields.Proficiency with Excel.Associates or Bachelors Degree in the Sciences (Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Environmental Sciences, etc.).At least 6 months of lab and data experience.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsUnderstanding of pH, fats, moisture, viscosity, and titrations.Experience in biology and environmental science.Work Environment

The work environment is an R&D laboratory in a pickle manufacturing facility. The working hours are Tuesday to Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
