Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Notre activité Interiors recherche un(e) stagiaire [Développement d’outil sur VBA Excel, Modélisation, Simulations CFD des systèmes aérauliques] pour son Centre R&D basé à Méru (50 min de Paris Gare du Nord, 30 min de Cergy).

Notre Centre R&D conçoit des planches de bord, panneaux de porte et consoles centrales pour équiper les véhicules de demain.

Rattaché(e) directement à l'ingénieur PLTE (Product Line Technology Engineering), de l'équipe PLTE System Integration, vous serez chargé de trois missions principales pour l’étude et l’analyse des systèmes aérauliques des planches du bord : (1) Effectuer des simulations CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics), (2) Développement des corrélations analytiques/mathématiques, et (3) Développement d'outils via Excel VBA. 

Au cours de cette mission, vous devrez :
-    Développer la corrélation analytique et valider avec les données de test et numériques (perte de charge, vitesse maximum, directivité etc.)
-    Développement de base de données. 
-    Concevoir, développer et maintenir des outils et applications Excel VBA pour automatiser les corrélations. 
-    Effectuez les tâches suivantes sur le logiciel CFD STARCCM+ pour les simulations :
•    Modélisation de la géométrie
•    Génération de maillage et analyse de sensibilité du maillage
•    Post-traitement des données physiques
•    Qualité des résultats
•    Participer aux réunions avec les clients et les fournisseurs
-    Intervenir au mode projet : OEM ou Innovation Interne
-    Rédiger des guidelines et synthèses techniques.

Cette mission débutera en 09-2025 pour une durée de 6 mois
 

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Profil : Vous savez écrire le code dans VBA excel et l’automatiser, Bonnes connaissances en Excel et autres outils Microsoft Office

Niveau de formation : 5 ème année école Ingénieur

Connaissances en :
-    Outils bureautiques :
o    Excel, Word, Power Point, Office etc.
o    VBA et d’autres langages de codage
-    Outils CAE :
o    Pre-processing: Catia V5/Hyperworks/StarCCM+
o    Solveur explicit : StarCCM+
-    Connaissances avancées en mécaniques des fluides 

Compétences requises : 
-    Capacité à travailler dans une organisation matricielle 
-    Autonomie, rigueur
-    Travail et esprit d'équipe indispensable 

Langues :    Français  - Anglais
