This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of Research and Development (R&D) employees and support them in achieving the agreed R&D targets. Each day, you will coach and develop the team. You will also showcase your expertise by helping in managing technologies, platforms, and Intellectual Property.

This role is contributing to the Motion business Drive Products division in Bangalore, India.

You will be mainly accountable for:

To work with methodologies like Acceptance Test Driven Development using BDD

Analyzing Feature requirements from business, replicating Customer reported issues and Arranging Test Environment to execute the test cases

Analyzing, defining, and executing Test Cases (manual or automated) & Reporting bugs and errors to development teams

Preparing test reports and Defect Tracking and Communicating with Stakeholders, Product Owner & Local Division

Working with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development

Lifecycle & Working in an agile software development process with international teams

Qualifications for the role:

BE/ B. Tech/ME/M. Tech in Computer Science/Electronics & Electrical/Power

Electronics/Instrumentation, or a related field from reputed institution.

Work Experience -8 to 10 years in Manual & Automation Testing

Thorough knowledge on Manual testing concepts

Good Programming skills of C#, Python used in Test Framework like Selenium & Robot Framework

Experience with API & Performance Testing & Knowledge on Test case Management tools (e.g., TestRail, DevOps)

Knowledge on Defect Tracking Tools. (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla etc.) & Understanding of Test Automation for Desktop & Web based tools
