R&D Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of Research and Development (R&D) employees and support them in achieving the agreed R&D targets. Each day, you will coach and develop the team. You will also showcase your expertise by helping in managing technologies, platforms, and Intellectual Property.The work model for the role is: #LI-OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Motion business Drive Products division in Bangalore, India.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tTo work with methodologies like Acceptance Test Driven Development using BDD•\tAnalyzing Feature requirements from business, replicating Customer reported issues and Arranging Test Environment to execute the test cases •\tAnalyzing, defining, and executing Test Cases (manual or automated) & Reporting bugs and errors to development teams •\tPreparing test reports and Defect Tracking and Communicating with Stakeholders, Product Owner & Local Division•\tWorking with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development •\tLifecycle & Working in an agile software development process with international teams

Qualifications for the role

\tBE/ B. Tech/ME/M. Tech in Computer Science/Electronics & Electrical/Power \tElectronics/Instrumentation, or a related field from reputed institution.\tWork Experience -8 to 10 years in Manual & Automation Testing\tThorough knowledge on Manual testing concepts \tGood Programming skills of C#, Python used in Test Framework like Selenium & Robot Framework\tExperience with API & Performance Testing & Knowledge on Test case Management tools (e.g., TestRail, DevOps) \tKnowledge on Defect Tracking Tools. (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla etc.) & Understanding of Test Automation for Desktop & Web based tools
